This regulation contains the legal conditions governing the website www.bibirelax.com.

By registering on our e-commerce, users agree to comply with the terms and conditions contained in this statement.

Bibi Relax reserves the right to ask those who do not comply with these conditions not to use this website. Access to the website and related services is for personal use only.


Online pictures and articles

The images contained on our website are our exclusive property.

Any use of such images (including changes and modifications) not approved by us in writing will be prosecuted by law.

We decline any responsibility for the possibility that due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the customer or a malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the website may differ slightly from the original products.


Availability of the articles

The assortment on this e-commerce site reflects the exact production or availability of the products in stock by size, material and color.

We reserve the right to confirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the transaction and the details of the customer's previous transactions.

If the ordered items are not available or the order can not be processed as desired for any reason, we will notify the customer immediately.

Orders are processed via the following payment methods:

Credit card

You can pay by credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura and Discover) and by bank transfer.

When you buy, your credit card details are recorded in a secure electronic system. The data is processed via a secure server, which guarantees the customer complete protection of the information provided. In no case is Bibi Relax entitled to request details of the debits of the credit card directly: If the credit on the credit card is sufficient for your purchase and the given coordinates are valid, the transaction will be processed immediately and you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

You can pay directly and easily via your PayPal account. Simply select Paypal from the payment options in the shopping cart, enter your PayPal email and password and log in to your account. Even with this method, you can securely pay thanks to the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which guarantees the confidentiality of information sent over the Internet. You can also use PayPal for credit card payments. To use Paypal, you do not need to be registered for the service.

If you want to pay the order by bank transfer, it is sufficient to transfer the total amount of the order including the shipping costs. Do not forget to enter the order number in the confirmation email you receive from Bibi Relax, with all data intended to complete the payment process.

Once the payment has been received (not more than two working days), we will arrange the order and subsequent delivery. We point out that if the credit is not made within 96 hours of purchase, the goods will not be put into production or, for goods in the warehouse, offered for sale.

We are always happy to receive a PDF file to the email address info@bibirelax.com confirming the successful transfer.

This will make order fulfillment and relative shipping faster.

Guarantee of legal compliance

The products sold by Bibi Relax are subject to the legal declaration of conformity, provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Protection Act. This warranty is reserved to consumers.


Description of the products

The images and colors of the products published on the website may differ from the actual ones due to the local settings of the systems and/or the tools used for their visualization.

In order to avoid inconvenience, Bibi Relax personally checks every package before sending the order. It is also liable to the consumer for the lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the product and within two years of delivery. The defect must be reported to Bibi Relax Srls within two months from the date of discovery, otherwise subject to non-compliance with the guarantee, by sending a notification to our customer service: email to info@bibirelax.com

Bibi Relax reserves the right to verify that nonconformity actually exists and has not been inadequately procured before proceeding with a change of goods.



Where and how we ship

All our orders are sent from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.

Orders received on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. Once the order is completed, we will send you a summary e-mail with all information about the purchased goods and shipping costs.

We ship within national and international territory with express couriers or couriers dedicated to the transport of furniture. When the shipment is activated, the courier sends an e-mail with the shipping number to track the delivery status online, or, if this is not possible, a delivery notification via telephone.

Your order will be delivered by the courier at the street level.

As far as required by law, the consignments are accompanied by transport documents or, if requested, an invoice indicating the value of the goods in euros. For discounted products, the documents show the amounts already discounted.

The shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage until the place of destination. As soon as the consignment reaches its destination, the shipping insurance loses its validity.

When the goods arrive, customers need to check the package. The Bibi Relax products are carefully packed: if the package has been tampered with or damaged, please contact the courier who will note it on the delivery note. Never refuse the goods, but accept them by indicating the condition on the invoice at the time of delivery. We recommend always signing a control reservation at the time of delivery, to be protected if the goods have suffered transport damage. If the goods are not accepted without reservation, Bibi Relax assumes no liability for hidden transport damage. If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there are signs of manipulation of the package, you must report the incident to the courier and send a notification to the email address: info@bibirelax.com

In case the delivery is not made for customer-related reasons (wrong addresses, unavailable recipients, wrong phone number, etc.) we will never blame ourselves for the incident and any incidental storage costs will be deducted from the customer's refund.


Time and delivery methods

Delivery times vary from 30 to 40 working days, because they are handmade products that are tailor made to our customer's request. For the products in our warehouses, delivery times vary between 10 and 20 working days.

Bibi Relax will use the address given at the time of the order confirmation as the delivery address. If the billing address differs from the delivery address, please indicate it when you complete the order and make sure it is complete to avoid misunderstandings at the time of delivery. Please keep in mind that it is important to enter a phone number to contact you immediately if there are any problems with the delivery.

We are not liable for delays in circumstances of force majeure beyond the control of Bibi Relax. Delivery delays of less than 60 (sixty) days do not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery of the Products or to demand from Bibi Relax any compensation or compensation of any kind. Shipping costs

Bibi relax calculates the shipping costs based on the purchases on the respective shopping cart. Shipping costs for orders outside Italy vary according to destination. The costs are visibly communicated before conclusion and payment of the order.


Traceability of the shipment

To track the shipment by courier, we’ll send an email to each user who made a purchase after the order is sent, with tracking number and link to monitor the progress of the shipment directly on the courier's website. If the shipment number is missing, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date.


Collection of the products in case of absence of the customer

In the absence of the recipient during delivery, the courier leaves a notification card to the shipping address given by the customer during the order fulfillment. In the case of an absence of the recipient, also on the second delivery attempt (which normally takes place the following day), the products can be picked up by the customer free of charge according to the methods specified by the carrier and at the warehouse  address the courier left.

If not collected within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Bibi Relax, which reserves the right to reimburse the price of the products. Shipping and storage costs of the package remain to be borne by the customer.



Under Article 5 of Legislative Decree No 185 of 22 May 1999, the customer, who is not satisfied with the goods purchased on our website, has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty within 14 days from the day, where he or a third party, other than the bearer and named by him, acquires the physical possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal or to demand a change of the goods, the customer is obliged to inform Bibi Relax of his decision by email: info@bibirelax.com which contains all the information needed to process the request.

We recommend that you read all the following points well to perform the procedure correctly.


Instructions for changes and returns:

To request an exchange or return authorization, the customer must send an express request to the email address: info@bibirelax.com indicating the codes of the items to be changed and/or returned and any of the compensation solutions offered: exchange or return.

After we receive your message by email, we will review the request and send you a confirmation email with the change authorization or return number (R.A.N.).

The essential integrity of the product to be returned is an essential requirement for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer must send the product properly packaged. We do not accept damaged returns, but kept in a normal state of preservation, with the usual care maintained. Products damaged by detergents/chemical additives, or products that have been damaged by the customer due to inexperience or negligence, will not be replaced or refunded. The customer must enclose a copy of the delivery note in the packaging box. The transport risks for the return of the products are completely borne by the customer.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions of Sale, we will refund the payments and the amounts paid by the customer in our favor, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund is free and will be made through a credit card, Pay Pal account or bank details provided by the applicant.

The return of the product must be made within 14 days from the day on which you have announced the withdrawal from the contract. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer indicates that he has returned the goods.

The costs for the return of the goods are at the expense of the customer. We only pay the shipping costs if a CHANGE or REPLACEMENT is due to an objective (not malicious) defect or damage of the purchased goods. Damage and defects must be proven must not come from a faulty assembly of the various components and must be notified within 48 hours after receiving the goods (the courier letter is binding) by email to the following address info@bibirelax.com

We recommend that you always sign a reservation of control at the time of delivery in order to be protected if the goods have suffered transport damage.

If the goods are not accepted without reservation, we assume no liability for transport damage.

We reserve the right to ask for photographic proof before the approval of a return for defective goods and of the shipping costs for the return of the goods to our site.

As provided for in Legislative Decree No 6/9/2005, Articles 206 and 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal regulated in these sales conditions does not apply to tailor-made or clearly adapted goods or which can not be inherently returned or are in danger of deteriorating or expiring quickly.

We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns or otherwise not meet all conditions. The acceptance of these returns can in any case lead to a burden on the customer who has not fulfilled the conditions laid down. We reserve the right to refuse the return if it is unsuitable for an inspection within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

In case of late return or replacement delivery no damage-refund can be demanded.

The procedure to be activated for the shipment of the product - to be returned or changed - will be communicated via email with full details. However, the address will be that of the Bibi Relax Srls, which is located in the operations center of Talacchio di Vallefoglia (PU) Lorenzetti street 34 A. The return authorization number (R.A.N.) must be clearly visible on the consignment in order to facilitate the identification of the goods and to speed up the procedure.
